1. Acceptance
By using OpinionHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to submit reviews. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person is allowed.
3. Reviews & Content
- Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience
- You may submit one review per entity (teacher, coaching, etc.)
- Reviews must meet minimum word requirements
- Spam, fake, or abusive reviews will be removed
- You retain ownership of your reviews, but grant OpinionHub a license to display them publicly
- Reviews can be in English or Hindi
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting fake or paid reviews
- Creating multiple accounts
- Harassing other users or entities
- Attempting to manipulate ratings
- Using bots or automated tools
- Posting promotional content in reviews
5. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these terms. Flagged reviews undergo a fair moderation process. Users can appeal rejected reviews.
6. Affiliate Links & Ads
OpinionHub may display affiliate links and advertisements. These are always clearly labelled. Affiliate links and ads do not influence ratings or rankings.
7. Disclaimer
Ratings and reviews are user-generated content. OpinionHub does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any review. Users should use reviews as one factor in their decision-making.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
